Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Construction Laborer to join our team at Four Corner Roofing Ltd. as an Asphalt Paving and Roofing Assistant.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction projects, including load, unloading and transporting materials, mixing and pouring concrete and asphalt, and helping with framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Pave and rake asphalt.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Handling heavy loads.
  • Ability to work at heights and in dangerous conditions.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills are essential.
  • Experience is an asset.
Work Environment and Conditions:

As a Construction Laborer, you can expect to work outdoors in various locations, often at heights and in hazardous conditions. You will be handling heavy loads and working in physically demanding environments.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in the construction industry and possess excellent physical abilities, flexibility, and teamwork skills.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
