At MacLeod Cares, we are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Leader to join our team of highly skilled professionals. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional medical and compassionate care for our residents.

As a Medical Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our resident care plan to ensure that needs are met as defined in the care goals. This includes working closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide personalized care and support.
