Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Meet with customers to understand their plumbing and drainage needs, providing solutions and options to resolve their issues.
  • Issue Diagnosis: Conduct thorough investigations to diagnose problems, offering homeowners the best solutions to fix their plumbing and drainage systems.
  • Whole Home Plumbing Inspections: Offer and conduct comprehensive whole home plumbing inspections to identify potential issues, providing proactive suggestions to prevent major problems.
  • Solution Delivery: Educate customers on their options, provide expert advice, and deliver solutions to meet their plumbing and drainage needs.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Collect feedback through surveys and Google reviews, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores for our brand and location.
Requirements
  • Lifting and Physical Demands: Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs., bend, stoop, and crawl into confined spaces.
  • Driver's License and Insurance: Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable to drive our company vehicle.
