About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Dental Hygienist to join our team at Dental Works 4 Kids. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality oral healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operatory Management: Ensure the setup and maintenance of operatories, sterilization, and lab areas are in accordance with our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Stock supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless clinical operations.
  • Instrument and Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain all instruments and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Clinical Procedures: Perform all clinical aspects of pediatric dental hygiene, including orthodontic procedures and x-ray services.
  • Patient Education: Discuss pre and post-operative care with patients and their families to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their treatment.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience as a dental hygienist, with a strong background in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and patient safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer-centric care.
