What is the Opportunity?

In this role, you will lead the QE activities in assigned squads and the automation of a variety of applications (Mobile, Web, and Desktop) to drive continuous testing in DevOps Pipelines.

  • Lead Test Automation effort across teams/projects and mentor/coach other technical resources.
  • Implement/maintain Automation of API's, Mobile, Web, and Desktop applications.
  • Implement/maintain DevOps pipeline as per Quality Engineering Practices.
  • Implement/maintain Service Virtualization (SV).
  • Develop and execute test plans for Agile squads/journeys.
  • Drive quality and champion defect prevention/early defect detection.
  • Responsible for maximizing test coverage and using business analysis techniques to optimize testing activities.
What Do You Need to Succeed?Must-Have
  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience leading testing projects for complex use cases/business requirements in the insurance industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in QE in the Insurance industry.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing test automation framework like Selenium, Cypress.
  • Development experience with one or more of the following: Java, Python, C#, JavaScript.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in testing Salesforce Financial Cloud implementations, preferably in Insurance or other financial institutions.
  • Experience in a variety of environments (cloud, distributed, business workflows, web services/APIs).
  • Test Management and Defect Tracking tool experience on qTest, JIRA.
  • Performance testing background.
