About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fruit Harvesting Labourer to join our team at Rajinder Boora/ Sukhvir Singh D/o Lidhar Farm. As a key member of our farm team, you will be responsible for harvesting a variety of fruits and vegetables, including apples, asparagus, bell peppers, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut and harvest agricultural crops, including fruits and vegetables
  • Grade and sort produce to ensure high quality
  • Pack and prepare produce for market
  • Assist with planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Team player with good hand-eye coordination
