Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the operational logistics of our organization at Ontario Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize operational logistics to ensure efficient operations
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve organizational goals
- Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
- Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure timely completion
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure to meet organizational goals.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide technical advice
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility and reliability
The position is permanent and requires 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
