Environmental Artist

- Utilize photogrammetry techniques to capture and process 3D models of objects and environments.
- Refine and optimize scanned topology to create high-quality, game-ready meshes.
- Design and implement biome dioramas featuring scanned assets as visual benchmarks for our virtual worlds.
- Foster collaboration and communication across disciplines and studios.
- Contribute to and maintain workflow and pipeline documentation on our internal knowledge platform.
- Proven expertise in still photography and photogrammetry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in popular photogrammetry software and 3D modeling tools like Autodesk Maya.
- Strong understanding of texture and shader creation, with experience in Substance Painter and Mari.
- 3+ years of experience with UV mapping and texture projection.
- Extensive experience working in real-time game environments, such as UE or Unity.
- Drone piloting experience for photogrammetry scanning purposes.
- Familiarity with LiDar scanning and its application in terrain or game editors.
- Knowledge of procedural terrain generation techniques.
- Experience creating texture tiles and integrating them into shaders for environments.
- Experience working with operating system vendors.
