We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at 986759 Alberta Ltd. in a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public, responding to inquiries and directing them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operate a variety of software applications, including MS Office and MS Excel, to support administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's services and policies to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Ability to work 32 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
