We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Worker to join our team at High Q Greenhouses Ltd. As a Greenhouse Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our plants, ensuring a high-quality crop.

• Perform weeding, soil preparation, and planting tasks to maintain a healthy and thriving plant environment.
• Apply fertilizers and report signs of insect or disease damage to ensure the quality of our crops.
• Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens, and clean the work area to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
• Operate irrigation pumps and equipment to ensure optimal plant growth.

As a Greenhouse Worker, you will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a wet/damp and hot environment.

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Experience: Experience an asset.
• Reliability and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
