About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tailor to join our team at AYAT MATTRESS MANUFACTURING LIMITED. As a Tailor, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, custom-made garments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Create Garments: Use your expertise to design and create custom-made garments according to customer specifications.
  • Alter and Repair Garments: Alter and repair garments to ensure a perfect fit for our clients.
  • Operate Sewing Machines: Operate sewing machines to create high-quality garments.
  • Select and Modify Patterns: Select and modify commercial patterns to fit our clients' specifications and fit.
  • Design Patterns: Design patterns to fit measurements.
  • Mark, Cut, and Sew Fabric: Mark, cut, and sew fabric to create high-quality garments.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in tailoring or a related field.
  • Skills: Manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, ability to distinguish between colors, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
