Job Summary:



We are seeking a Part-time Pharmacy Assistant II to join our team in Moncton, NB. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our pharmacy operations, including prescription assembly, customer transactions, and administrative duties.



About the Role:




  • Prescription Assembly: Prepare and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Transactions: Process customer transactions, receive and release prescriptions, and handle refill requests.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, file prescriptions, order supplies, and perform cleaning tasks.
  • Drug Order Creation: Create and manage drug orders, receiving and processing shipments.
  • Scheduling Services: Schedule professional clinical services, such as medication reviews and health risk assessments.
  • Other Duties: Assist with other pharmacy operations as required, adhering to company standards and protocols.


Requirements:




  • Education: Preference for an undergraduate degree or pharmacy technology certificate from a recognized Canadian college.
  • Experience: Previous pharmacy experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adherence: Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards and protocols.


What We Offer:



A competitive total compensation package, including a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus flexible work-life arrangements and access to comprehensive benefits, including health and dental coverage, life insurance, and retirement savings plan.
