Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Mechanic Helper to join our team at MOBIL 1 LUBE EXPRESS. As a key member of our garage team, you will assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers in maintaining our high standards of service.

Responsibilities
  • Move tools, equipment, and other materials as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Provide support to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers in their daily tasks.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience is an asset, but not required.
Work Environment

Our garage is a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As an Automotive Mechanic Helper, you will be exposed to a noisy, dusty, and hot work environment.

Physical Demands
  • Physically demanding work requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as needed.
Personal Qualities
  • Dependability and reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments.
  • Initiative in taking on additional responsibilities and tasks.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
