Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Interior Health Authority, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and resident-centered environment. Our team is dedicated to supporting residents' choices and helping them function at their highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support to our residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.


About this Location:

Our Gateby facility in Vernon is a three-story residence with three neighbourhoods, each featuring private rooms and a separate kitchen and dining area. Our Recreation Therapist leads a monthly calendar of events, including outings, games, and programs, to promote socialization and engagement among our residents.
