Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Student Transportation Assistant. This role requires a self-directed team player who can provide support and encouragement to students with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily transportation support to students between the Barrhead area and Barrhead Composite High School
- Establish positive relationships with students and staff to create a supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve student success
- Experience working with behaviorally challenged and non-verbal students
- Ability to set clear boundaries, communicate effectively, and work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a flexible learning environment
- Enthusiasm and motivation to help students succeed
