Bakery Specialist

Fehrkon Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or food service environment
- Ability to distinguish between colours
- Attention to detail
- Fast-paced environment
- Hand-eye co-ordination

- Physically demanding
