Hino Central is a leading provider of truck services in Langley, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that their trucks are repaired and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health benefits, dental coverage, and a generous vacation allowance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments for truck service and repairs
  • Provide expert advice to customers on recommended repairs and maintenance
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure that vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure that their needs are met
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues that may arise

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of truck repair and maintenance procedures
