AI Product Leadership Role

You will work closely with ML engineers and MLOps engineers, product management and design, and data teams across Clio to deliver end-to-end solutions. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing talent, supporting the professional growth of your team through coaching, feedback, and development plans.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead a high-performing team: Oversee a team of engineers and MLOps specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Prioritize work for strategic initiatives: Help define and execute the team's roadmap, aligning ML solutions with Clio's broader AI strategy and business goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with ML engineers and MLOps engineers, product management and design, and data teams across Clio to deliver end-to-end solutions
