We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Long Term Care Assistant to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with daily activities, such as eating, bathing, and dressing
  • Support residents with recreation programming and social activities
  • Monitor and maintain infection prevention and control protocols
  • Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a clean and safe environment
About You

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. You will have:

  • A post-secondary education and relevant experience in a healthcare environment
  • Valid CPR/First Aid training and Food Handlers Certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our residents
