Nutrien is seeking a highly skilled Process Control Team Lead to join our team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. As a key member of our Process Control & Operational Technology Team, you will be responsible for providing leadership to the Process Control Team and collaborating closely with Potash Engineering and Operating staff to ensure services are meeting the needs and expectations of our sites.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership to the Process Control Team and ensure the successful implementation of Operational Technology systems.
- Collaborate with Potash Engineering and Operating staff to ensure services are meeting the needs and expectations of our sites.
- Maintain and administer Nutrien's data historian system (Aveva Pi), DCS/PLC systems (DeltaV, Rockwell), and other supporting systems.
- Support collection of quality data from various data sources and software (RTDuet, K40s, AMS Machine Works, etc.).
- Ensure Operational Technology systems are deployed in a manner consistent with best practices for cyber security, accessibility, and reliability.
- Bachelor's Degree or Technologist Diploma from a recognized institution in a related engineering discipline (Chemical Engineering, Control System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering).
- Minimum 10+ years relevant experience, 7 years' experience working with Operational Technology/Control systems preferred.
- Experience working at an operating potash site preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience would be considered an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
