Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Store Maintenance: Organize and maintain inventory, manage cash, and ensure the store is clean and well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Experience in retail or a related field is an asset.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
