Client Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team at CollaborationRoom. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction, managing project timelines, and facilitating communication between our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and integration with our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, support) to deliver customized solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the project lifecycle for client engagements, including timeline management, resource allocation, and deliverables tracking.
  • Analyze client data and performance metrics to offer actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Drive product adoption and usage, helping clients realize the full value of our services.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
  • Technical background or knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Compensation:

This is an independent contractor position long term. In the USA, it is a 1099 position. The salary will be USD $60,000. The work is fully remote, and there are professional development opportunities.
