Warehouse Operations Manager

G&G Contracting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordination and Leadership: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Management: Recruit and hire staff, co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure optimal performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and efficient use of resources.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Work Environment:
- Permanent position.
- 40 hours per week.
- English language.
