Our Current Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled Senior Subcontract Specialist to join our Supply Chain Commercial team, specializing in subcontracts management. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with projects on inquiries related to commercial terms and sub-contracts support.
This role follows a Hybrid Working Model, with a mix of home and on-site work. Expectation of 3 days in office per week.
- Manage NDAs, bailment agreements, and collateral agreements during the initial project phase.
- Respond to requests and inquiries from business and program teams.
- Prepare critical documents like Teaming Agreements, Letters of Intent, and Authorization to Proceed.
- Support bid opportunities by conducting due diligence investigations and collecting essential data.
- Develop major subcontract elements in commercial responses under management guidance.
- Analyze facts, negotiate, and manage changes and closeouts with supervision.
- Develop negotiation strategies and validate financial and legal data.
- Represent the company as a spokesperson on commercial matters, summarizing final positions with minimal oversight.
- Produce commercial summary reviews of program status using various sources.
- Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and vendors.
- Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures for Supply Chain Management.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service.
- Strong analytical and research abilities, detail-oriented, and hands-on experience with MS Office applications.
- A post-secondary degree in Business Commerce, Law, or a related field.
- Canadian Security Clearance and a positive Controlled Goods Assessment.
- Eligibility to work in Canada as a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Estimated Salary Range
$60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
