Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, providing friendly and efficient interactions with guests and colleagues.
  • Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Inspect and use judgment to determine the most effective cleaning techniques and methods.
  • Operate housekeeping equipment and solutions safely and efficiently, as observed by supervisors.
  • Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies, using germicides and sterilizing equipment as necessary.
  • Dispose of trash and bio-hazardous materials in accordance with universal precautions.
  • Keep carts stocked with equipment and cleaning supplies, ensuring all chemicals are accurately labeled and equipment is in good working condition.
  • Promote effective interpersonal relationships and maintain professional conduct at all times.
  • Assist in improving productivity and efficient operations of the department.
  • Commit to professional growth and competence by adhering to component and departmental training commitments.
Requirements
  • Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Effective communication skills are necessary for interacting with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
  • Ability to respond effectively to changing demands.
