Job Summary:

The Computer Network Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer networks, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, networking protocols, and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure computer networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and mainframe networks
  • Install and configure software applications, including operating systems and network management tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems and networks
  • Maintain and upgrade computer hardware and software
  • Monitor network performance and implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access
  • Provide technical support to users and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in computer science or a related field
