Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hygiene and comfort care to residents, promoting their overall well-being and dignity.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as getting around and responding to call bells.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement resident action plans, addressing their unique needs and preferences.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team, maintaining open and transparent relationships.

Requirements:
  • PDSB training and up-to-date CPR/AED certification.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic care team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion.
