Job Summary:

As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and building lasting relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to greet clients, answer their questions, and help them navigate our banking applications and ABMs. You will also be responsible for listening to clients' needs, resolving complex situations, and providing advice and transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and answer their questions in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Help clients use our banking applications and ABMs to manage their finances.
  • Listen to clients' needs and resolve complex situations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide advice and transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients by demonstrating a genuine interest in their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement by actively listening to their concerns and providing solutions.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
