Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Mogouyan Hand Pulled Noodle. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
- Scour pots and pans to ensure cleanliness and prevent food residue buildup
- Keep accurate records of food quantities used to optimize inventory and reduce waste
- Package take-out food for customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Sharpen kitchen knives to ensure they are in good condition and ready for use
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to prepare them for cooking
- Will train on the job to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge
- Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
