At Brand Momentum, we're looking for a skilled and driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in promoting brand awareness and building lasting connections with our clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and knowledge, coaching and training diverse vendors, dealers, and retail outlet associates across a range of channels. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with our retail channels, dealers, and corporate clients, ensuring that they are consistently satisfied with our exceptional services.

We pride ourselves on our commitment to building and maintaining strong client relationships. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be expected to manage day-to-day client liaison at a retail level, foster strong relationships with retailers, provide coaching to sales representatives, train retailer staff, conduct pre-scheduled training sessions weekly, and gather market analysis and report market trends of how our products are perceived in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve issues that affect brand integrity and brand presence
  • Provide feedback to regional field managers and clients
  • Support go-to-market planning and promotional activities in the field
  • Set up promotional materials and support dealers via incentive events and programs
  • Provide strategic input to help leverage the client brand
  • MERCHANDISING EXECUTION
  • Training facilitation at trade show events as needed

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
  • Experience using various software programs and tools to streamline work processes
  • Recent college/university graduate with a related field of studies is an asset
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related discipline
  • Sales experience in home appliances is an asset
  • Demonstrated experience in working within the Home Appliance sector
  • Direct appliance industry experience (Retail or Manufacturer) - asset, not mandatory
  • Consumer electronics experience (Retail or Manufacturer)
  • Previous formal training experience (instructor or trainer)
  • Previous durable good or high-value retail sales experience
  • Outbound sales representative experience
  • Experience as Field Sales Representative
  • Prior success in training and motivating a sales team in meeting or exceeding performance objectives
  • Available to travel within the market (Must love being on the road)
