We are a dynamic construction company seeking an experienced Heavy Construction Equipment Operator to join our team. As an operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment on construction sites.

Job Overview

The Heavy Construction Equipment Operator will work in a fast-paced environment, operating cranes, excavators, and other heavy machinery to support construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy equipment operation and maintenance, as well as excellent physical stamina and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy construction equipment such as cranes, excavators, and bulldozers to move materials and assist in construction tasks.
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition, performing routine inspections and repairs as needed.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site, including wearing personal protective equipment and adhering to site rules.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment.
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
