Kitchen Team Lead at Sake Sushi

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Lead to join our team at Sake Sushi. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a proven track record of success in managing teams, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless execution of menu items, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Lead a team of cooks, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent performance and teamwork.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety protocols and minimizing waste.
- Develop and implement new recipes, improving menu offerings, and increasing sales.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, management, and external partners
