Our Cogen Superintendent oversees the efficient operation of our fire systems, process safety equipment, and steam and power generation assets. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and organize a team of skilled tradespeople to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Power Engineers and other skilled tradespeople
  • Maintain accountability for plant production activities
  • Ensure established daily production levels are achieved
  • Comply with environmental, WorksafeBC, TSBC, and insurance standards
