Job Title: IT Consultant

We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join our team at Enterprisemarketdesk Inc. as a key member of our technology solutions team.

About the Role

The IT Consultant will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to our clients to identify and implement effective technology solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide recommendations for technology solutions.
  • Document technical requirements and develop detailed project plans to ensure successful implementation.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction with technology solutions.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in IT consulting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of information technology concepts, including software development life cycle, quality assurance, and security.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English.
