Job Description

As a Customer Financial Advisor, you'll play a critical role in delivering positive and unexpected customer experiences through general retail banking. You'll have the opportunity to engage customers in meaningful conversations about their financial well-being, promote our products and services, and work collaboratively with your team to ensure all checks and balances are completed around policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with fulfilling basic personal credit needs
- Sell and handle Low Fee More for Me Mutual Funds, term deposits, RRSPs, and other financial products
- Set up electronic services like internet banking and open free chequing accounts
- Add overdraft protection to help avoid NSF charges

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with lending and investments expertise
- Certificate in Investment Funds in Canada is a requirement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
