We are seeking an experienced Parts Procurement Specialist to join our team at AutoCanada's Excellence Midwest location in Scarborough, ON.

Job Description:

  • Ordering Required Parts: Our ideal candidate will be responsible for ordering required parts from OEM and aftermarket vendors.
  • Mirror Matching and Quality Control: The successful candidate will mirror match parts to ensure accuracy and that they are not damaged. They will also receive and return parts in a timely manner while maintaining proper records and accurately entering information into our management system.
  • Ensuring Technician Success: This role involves ensuring repair technicians have all required parts to complete repairs, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a parts department.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential for this role.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy are critical in this position.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
