We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Coffee Marie Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to ensure exceptional dining experiences.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and train a team of food service staff, providing guidance on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately forecast ingredient and supply needs to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Prepare Budgets and Reports: Develop and submit detailed budgets and reports to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately record and maintain stock, repair, sales, and wastage data to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare Food Order Summaries: Compile and submit detailed food order summaries for our chef.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a food service or restaurant management role is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30-44 hours per week.
