We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Pizza Hut Strathmore. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas to meet the expectations of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory levels.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure kitchen and work areas are clean and organized.
As a Pizza Cook at Pizza Hut Strathmore, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role.
- Work Conditions: Standing for extended periods, working under pressure, and repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and a team player.
