We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Island Recruiting. About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position, with an estimated salary range of $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the field and a strong background in electrical and electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Repair or replace mechanical units or components
  • Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
  • Provide customer service
Requirements
  • Automotive Service Technician (Fuel and Electrical Systems) Trade Certification
  • 1-2 years of experience in the field
  • Strong background in electrical and electronic systems
  • Criminal record check
  • Valid driver's licence
