Job Title: Heavy Duty Shop Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Duty Shop Foreman to join our team at Brandt Tractor Ltd. in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of service technicians and service writers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Responsible for the organization and quality control of work performed in the shop.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Coach, advise, and mentor technicians and service writers to improve their skills and performance.
  • Ensure technician efficiency and productivity.
  • Commit to customer service excellence and communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and other branch personnel.
  • Establish and maintain an on-call field schedule.
  • Manage costs and ensure profitability of the department.
  • Open and close work orders, prepare work orders for warranty.
  • Provide a best-in-class customer service experience.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Candidates must be willing to be available after-hours.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
