About the Job

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data to inform business planning, forecasting, and resource allocation, ensuring timely and accurate management information.
  • Build strong relationships with our TELUS Digital teams to drive sales performance, foster partnerships, and drive strategic change.
  • Lead through influence, drive results across cross-functional teams, and develop effective partnerships and relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in leading sales teams and driving business growth.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales leadership experience, with expertise in contact center operations, sales performance optimization, and team development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration, or equivalent sales and industry experience.
