Responsibilities- Safety Management: Conduct safety meetings and field-level hazard assessments to identify risks and ensure a safe worksite.
- Crew Leadership: Assist the foreman in managing the crew and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
- Quality Control: Monitor work quality to maintain compliance with project standards and specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and reporting systems for job site activities to support project tracking and compliance.
- 2+ years of experience in shallow utility construction.
- Prior leadership experience is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a Driver's Abstract showing no more than 6 demerits and no major infractions.
