We are looking for a highly skilled HR Business Partner - Solutions and Strategy to join our team at The Salvation Army. In this eight-month contract role, you will play a key part in delivering and maintaining HR technology solutions that support our organization's goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Business Analysis, with experience leading Workday HRIS implementation or operations in an enterprise environment. They will also have expertise in Workday modules, including Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Scheduling, as well as experience working with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.

This role requires excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data management tools, and Power BI for advanced analytics and reporting is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $66,831.48 to $83,539.35, with a maximum of $100,247.22, based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
