The Impact You Will Have:

As a Cloud Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative functions of our AWS leads and opportunity operations. You will provide ongoing updates and communication to all required resources involved in the opportunity, and be the first respondent on all AWS referrals. Your goal will be to maintain enhanced response times, ensure consistent communication and updates of internal and external systems, and establish operational processes that are executed efficiently.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and schedule the proper sales & technical resources.
  • Provide consistent communication to AWS partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and updated information across all necessary systems.
  • Drive operational efficiencies in AWS lead process.
  • Collaborate with supporting teams on customer engagement and opportunities.
  • Track and monitor progress of AWS leads from start to end.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • 1+ year of administrative, sales or operations role.
  • Strong communication skills, and experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders including sales teams, vendors, and other technical resources.
  • A customer-first mentality, centered on ensuring the best possible experience.
  • A problem-solving mind that can lend itself to identifying how we can improve and optimize processes.
  • Detailed-oriented mind with a focus on maintaining accurate and updated information across multiple internal and external systems.
  • Comfortable with administrative functions and data entry, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce and/or PowerBI.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification (recommended in role).
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
