We are seeking a highly skilled Sports Program Manager to join our team at SRCOQ Training Ltd.

About the Job

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for gathering information on current government policies regarding recreation, sports and physical activities. You will also supervise professional staff, program leaders and instructors, as well as volunteer staff. Your administrative tasks will include performing various duties such as data entry, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze information on government policies related to sports and recreation
  • Supervise staff members and ensure they meet their job requirements
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Provide expert advice and consulting services in the design, development, and administration of sports and fitness programs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college or CEGEP education
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A strong understanding of sports and recreation policies and procedures
