About the Role

As a Brand Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our clients' services and increasing brand awareness. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging client-provided leads to establish strong connections with key decision-makers and deliver exceptional product guidance through expert consultation.
  • Promoting our clients' brands during marketing campaigns, promotional events, and sales presentations face-to-face or over the phone with customers.
  • Identifying customers' pain points and preferences to provide the best available service and/or product solution for their needs.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact to address prospects' inquiries and concerns.

You will also be expected to enhance brand awareness and develop effective sales strategies by collaborating with team members and other departments. Additionally, you will need to effectively follow internal processes to track, manage, and log all activities in Salesforce.com.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding performance and mastering the responsibilities of this role. If you have previous experience in sales, customer service, customer acquisition, and/or marketing, educational background in marketing, communication, or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic understanding of marketing and branding principles, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, positive attitude with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and full-time availability, then we encourage you to apply.
