Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Luxury Interior Space Designer to join our team at Northland Properties Corporation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating bespoke interior spaces that exceed clients' expectations. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and colour theory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create tailored interior designs that reflect clients' needs and tastes
  • Develop detailed plans and 3-D models showcasing arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting, and other fixtures
  • Collaborate with clients to determine needs, preferences, safety requirements, and purpose of space
  • Advise on selection of colours, finishes, materials, lighting, furniture, and other items while considering ergonomic and occupational health standards

Requirements:

  • AutoCAD proficiency
  • SketchUp skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
  • Will train
