We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Relationship Manager to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with clients in all areas of the branch and in the community to understand their banking needs
  • Foster a culture of client-centricity by delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide comprehensive solutions to clients' complex financial needs

Requirements:

  • Mutual Funds accreditation or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment
  • Strong problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement savings plan.
