About the Role

Baxter is a leading global healthcare company that is deeply connected by its mission to save and sustain lives. As a Facility Engineering Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise preventative maintenance, calibration, and repairs with external contractors.
  • Review and compile documentation of repair, calibration, and maintenance activity in compliance with good documentation practices.
  • Maintain all facility-related functions to ensure the facility is fit for purpose and functional.
  • Support reliability engineering activities for critical equipment and services.
  • Maintain and ensure a safe and compliant facility.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for facility and building services.
Requirements
  • Electrical/controls/mechanical diploma or appropriate trade/engineering qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a plant environment as a technician.
  • Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
  • Hands-on experience of electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
  • Good documentation practice and managing service logs, documenting maintenance and repair works.
  • Collaboration, communication, and computer literacy.
