Salary:
$132,000 to $165,000 per annum, 40 hours per week

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Cresta's AI Agent solutions and proprietary models. You will focus on practical AI challenges such as improving reasoning, planning capabilities, and evaluation in real-world scenarios.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, or mathematics. You should have at least one year of experience as a software engineer and proficiency in designing and maintaining APIs (gRPC, REST, WebSocket, etc.). Familiarity with high-performance database schema design and optimization is also essential. Experience with containerized application deployment (Kubernetes) and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
